No Frills Training
Iron Forge operates on a simple principle: serious training requires serious equipment and zero distractions. Our facility strips away unnecessary amenities to focus entirely on what matters most - heavy iron, functional equipment, and the space to push your limits without compromise.
This is not a health club or wellness center. We cater exclusively to individuals who understand that real strength comes from consistent work with basic movements performed under progressively heavier loads. Our members include powerlifters, strongmen, competitive athletes, and dedicated recreational lifters who value substance over style.
Every piece of equipment serves a specific purpose. Every square foot of space is utilized efficiently. The environment reflects our core philosophy that the best gyms are built for training, not for comfort. If you seek air conditioning, mirrors, televisions, or elaborate locker facilities, you will find better options elsewhere.

Training Standards
Re-rack all weights immediately after use. Plates must be stored in designated locations sorted by weight. Failure to clean up equipment results in membership termination without refund.
Chalk use is permitted and encouraged for improved grip during heavy lifting. Chalk boxes are provided throughout the facility. Excessive chalk spillage must be cleaned immediately by the user.
Spotting requests should be made respectfully and only when necessary for safety. Members are expected to work within their capabilities and use safety equipment appropriately.
Time limits on equipment during peak hours may be enforced. Peak hours are weekdays 17:00-20:00 and weekends 09:00-14:00. Equipment hogging is grounds for immediate removal.
Facility Guidelines
Personal training by non-staff members is strictly prohibited. Only certified Iron Forge trainers may provide instruction on premises. Violation results in immediate membership revocation.
Cell phone conversations are not permitted on the training floor. Photography and video recording require advance permission from management and must not interfere with other members.
Proper footwear is mandatory at all times. Sandals, flip-flops, and bare feet are prohibited. Lifting shoes, cross-trainers, or flat-soled shoes are recommended for optimal performance.
Water bottles must have secure lids to prevent spills on equipment. Food consumption is limited to designated areas only. Energy drinks and protein shakes are permitted throughout the facility.
Membership Information
Iron Forge operates on a month-to-month membership basis with no long-term contracts or hidden fees. Members receive 24-hour access via keycard entry system after completing a brief facility orientation and signing liability waivers.
New members undergo a mandatory equipment demonstration covering proper rack setup, weight loading procedures, and safety protocols. This orientation must be completed before receiving access credentials and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
Membership includes access to all equipment, chalk, and basic amenities. Guest passes are available for purchase but guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member at all times and complete the same safety orientation.
Locker rental is available on a monthly basis for members requiring secure storage. The facility provides basic changing areas but does not include showers, saunas, or other luxury amenities found at commercial fitness centers.
Membership may be suspended or terminated at management discretion for violations of facility rules, unsafe behavior, or failure to maintain respectful interactions with other members and staff.
